I can’t cover every country in which my readers may live unfortunately, but since my origins are in the UK, I’ve created this page for UK residents who are looking for a holiday in the ‘real’ Greece, which is still discoverable if you can afford the prices and are prepared to ‘dig’ a little.
Below is a list of links to UK tour operators who specialise in small accommodations (not generally hotels), and preferably in destinations on the less well beaten path trodden by the hordes. I hope you find something you can use amongst this lot. I shall add or remove links now and then as I think fit, so as to try and preserve the main ‘mission’ of the page, which is to promote holidays in Greece that both support the local economy, and provide the visitor with a truly authentic Greek experience.
